The process to get you started with personal training is a quick and simple one.
You can contact me via the contact form with your basic information and a brief description of what you are trying to achieve.
I will then contact you via txt, email or a phone call to confirm a day and time we can book your free 30 minutes consultation.
During this consultation I will be able to detemine how I can help you by asking you questions regarding your current daily activities, health, social and work life amd whether you are currently training. There are no right or wrong answers and honesty is the best policy in order for me to really put together a plan that will help you best. What you tell me stays with me and is shared with no one.
We will at this point during the consultation agree which training package is best for you and agree a day and time where you can come back to complete your health check.
