Getting ready for competition can be very confusing and stressful if you are unsure of what to do, when and how.
During your consultation we will need to determine your current physical condition in regards to size, shape, density and symmetry regardless of which class or whether you are male or female. In some circumstances we may have the help and expert eye and starting guidance from Andre Thesen, the owner of City Treningsenter 24/7 and Nordic Champion.
Together we can agree on when you will compete, this year, next year or the year after along with a plan on what you will do for training and nutrition with monthly check ups until we get closer to the chosen competition. This is when the fun starts as training and diet will then be fine tuned and posing practice will start. During the last few weeks before the competiton we will have weekly visits for posing practice, updates and body checks to make sure that you stay on track and look your best for the final day.
Long before the last week of the competition we will have already discussed and agreed a plan for eating and training during the last few days and hours before you step on stage. As your coach I will also be wih you to guide you through from the weigh-in to the finals. Including tanning, posing and pumping up.
