Group Training

Group training and Military Fitness is a lot of fun and can be booked and enjoyed by everyone of all fitness levels and experiences including fun times as part of a batchelor or bachelorette day/party.

 

INDOOR GROUP TRAINING:

 

These events can be indoor training inside a gym or training hall with a combination of training weights and body weight exercises and usually in the form of a circuit or supersets depending on the requirements and will last one hour. Longer training times can be booked if specified or if you have a large group. Prices for longer times to be confirmed on booking. Location: Sandnes

 

OUTSIDE GROUP TRAINING:

 

The outside group training is usually in a military fitness or boot camp style training where different training aides (tyres, weighted bags, cones etc) are used as well as body weight exercises simular to military style training. This training is fun and really gives you a sense of achievement when completed. This training will last one hour. Longer times can be booked if specified or if you have a large group. Prices for longer times to be confirmed on booking. Location: Stavanger

 

COMBINATION GROUP/DAY GROUP TRAINING:

 

For those groups or businesses that want a little more out of your day then a combination of both indoor and outside training will be made available to you. This will last between 6-7hrs including 2 set breaks for rest, recovery and replenishment. A set program with timings will be given to the group leader when payment is confirmed so that you are fully aware of what you can expect on the day. Location: Sandnes & Stavanger
