You can access your workouts anytime, anywhere on your smart phone or PC.
You will get a customised training plan with instructional videos for the exercises I have chosen for you. After your 1st session you will be able to track your progress and see your personal best lifts on each exercise.
As your online personal trainer I will be keeping track of your training and where necessary I will update your program. I can even schedule your training days into the calendar where you will get a reminder notification about your training for that day. Purchase a nutrition plan and you can access this via the app as well keeping everything in one place on the phone and in your pocket.
